Touch of Flavors is focused on Intense International Food flavours, from Africa, America, Jamaican, and European and American and would soon extend or other places.

Cooking has always been a passion of mine and I always add my own twist to dishes I make and receive positive reviews. I was born in Scotland, England and during my first seventeen years of life I was raised in England then  move to West Africa. I moved back to England when I was seventeen.

In my early twenties I moved to USA and lived in Ohio for sixteen years before going back to the UK. Now I am back in Columbus, Ohio doing what I love to do.

During these times I was exposed to various cuisines and intensive tastes. I like to think out the box so I would experiment with spices until I come up with something great.

Family and friends over the years had told me to open a restaurant because my food is great, and the taste is amazing. Timing was not right for me at the time, so I did not pursue. I decided to start doing what I love, cooking and pleasing my customers.

I plan on releasing a variety of new menu items on a weekly basis which I know you would enjoy.
